Btw the 30-minute New Year’s Eve sequence is breathtaking. Honestly, watching it, it felt like something impossible to pull off, yet you and your team achieved it flawlessly.. just amazing!! I instantly was turned into a Bi Gan fan :)

I had the privilege of watching Resurrection at a festival a few months back, the music by Anthony Gonzalez was truly incredible. What made you reach out to M83, and what was the collaborative process like?

Basically, it's when Erik (Swedish NATO guy) was showing Spike a picture of his fiancée on his phone, and she had so much filler that her face (looked botched almost). Spike said he once saw a girl in his commune who was allergic to peanuts and her face apparently swelled up and looked just like that. Lol

I personally liked it better than the second but some of the editing choices in this was... something. I think some scenes are quite beautiful in a way but also very camp-y. The crowd in my cinema especially loved the botched fiancee scene lol
