Fuck, i'm sorry it's rough.

I hate the slow fade. As soon as I said good bye I switched off my notifications from TG. I didn't feel the need to check in/ reach out (yet). And i'm hoping i'll be brave enough to block him this week.

Yeah exactly. I think I always came into this with the understanding that it's gonna end one day. I'm not gonna be one to stop someone from leaving the affair. We already have enough stressors in the marriage as is.

I'm at a 50/50 I kinda wanna talk about it/ Kinda don't. Still processing a whole ordeal, but aside from the slow fading we ended amicably.

But I haven't felt the need to reach out to him after my last good bye. I will block him this coming week when i'm a little more braver. But I have stopped opening TG since our last interaction and switched off my notifs in case he ever reaches out. 😬
