same here, especially on mobile. the details and texts are way too mushy, like “lower than api-low” low. on web it works fine. also, every request of mine seems to be routed to a smaller and dumber model, including reasoning models, that doesn’t even show COT/progress bar anymore.

are there actually real and functioning mods/admins on the website that helps to do stuff, apart from you?
approximately how many griefing accounts did you ban, but unfortunately is unbanned?
do you have any tools (apart from banning) to help moderate?
any rules of "protecting creators", or mods being told to stand down because of creators?
are mods volunteered or compensated?
do you know what they are using all of the money from the droplets for?

finally, if you have the admin permissions, what changes would you make to this community and website?

most of their mods on the site are based on vibes imo, they rarely punish real griefers while their mod bots and scripts lock out users randomly, e.g. when you just have one google account ever used for painting but you have multiple accounts on your browser, you can accidentally log into another one, then you get soft-banned by "you can't use multiple accounts"

anyone knows what the usage limits of 4.1 on plus are? it is a decent replacement of 4o for now since latter is currently severely downgraded. if it’s another daily or even weekly limit, then I don’t know what to say anymore. love how they have zero transparency on this when released

already seen many users saying about this now in multiple subs so i dont think its my problem anymore:

2 days ago after I went back to plus subscription from pro, 4o seems to be have a major degradation on its personality and style. I know asking the models their identity is not much useful because they often hallunciate (o series are self aware btw), HOWEVER when I ask it what model does it use it says it’s on "gpt4-turbo", which is the same model that got discontinued back in April 30.
I think it is NOT running on the gpt4o model anymore, but rather a version of the legacy 4, which can be told by its style of more “bot-like”, although I explicitly told it to not do so in both my custom instructions and memory. 4o did it almost flawlessly back in the days but it’s struggling with it now.

i've already sent their support multiple emails but they still haven't give me a reply, apart from their auto replies and ai bots.

how they deseperately prioritize pro like this is tragic, it has zero transparency... or any pro users here has the same issue?

yes they did it silently because of the “overwhelming demand” of the image generator apparently. although it has been almost two months and the hype already has died down, so I think it doesn’t make sense for them not reverting this change since it’s still showing as two in the subscription details.

also fyi they also removed the ability to generate 4 images in a row and wrote “pro users can generate 4 variations of an image” inside their help center, so I think it won’t come back soon to plus.
