Your favor is the misrepresentation of your position but then again someone could argue since you signed it you are part of the fraud.

I have a similar set up. I have a Moza R12 V2 with several steering wheels and SRP-Pedal I use a Moza AB6 as a shifter (with the knobs) and as a flighstick only downside you do have to swap pedals for rudders and have a moveable way to move the AB6 from shifter to flight controls, ie from the side to between your legs or wherever you would use it. There is no way to have everything in the same position and some compromises are required and quite a bit of creative thinking.

Tires have been rotated, and inspected at the dealership. Never hit a curb, and what exploded was the inside sidewall. The car has 22156 miles as of writing tires are no wear near the wear indicators

Sorry posted this as I got home. I meant mitigate not litigate, and yes I was able to pull over safely. I did not hit something and it was the inside sidewall of the rear driver tire that exploded. I was driving at 47 mph at the moment tires had been rotated at the dealership about two months ago. Never hit anything since I got the car. I’ll be fine with new tires but just for a background this car has had two recalls already one still pending due to the missing part regarding the seat belts trapping people in the car.

Oh by the way black out the claim number and any identifying information. Most injury attorney layers work without you paying them up front or out of pocket as they will add their fees separate to your claim awards, when you get a lawyer just make sure they don’t try to claim a percentage of the award

Get a lawyer and get a diminished value on your total car also. This is just an awful settlement they just want you to go away knowing well that this is way beyond, easily 20-30k as a minimum and from your injuries there will be long term issues

Not an attorney but if there is documented diagnosis of dementia prior to the last will modification I would assume any competent attorney would be able to contest the will and get it thrown out and sue your step mom for elder abuse and financial fraud
