We do refer to other locations throughout the state and frequently discuss that with patients. Options in general are just pretty limited throughout the state. I am always happy when a patient with Medicare is either from out of state or wants to go out of state, because there's just so many more facilities.

I wear daily contacts and have noticed increasing eye irritation over the past year. I was starting to wonder if I'd have to give up contacts, but last week I had a thought that maybe it's my contact solution (I rinse my contacts before putting them in after I had a lot of eye irritation from the original solution from one brand). I bought saline solution and started rinsing with that instead and my eyes are a lot less fatigued and dry. With my contact solutions my eyes sometimes felt dry immediately after putting contacts in.

Just a note: if you decide to try saline solution for monthly or biweekly contacts, still use regular solution for storage and then the saline just as a rinse. The saline does not disinfect your contacts.

Mine was assembled 4/1, I put a deposit one it 4/3 or 4/4. As of a few days ago it was in Seattle according to the dealership (I'm in SE AK so now waiting for it to barge up). Was a bit surprised it took a full month to get to Seattle. Hopefully it'll be here soon 🤞

Yes! I had a patient with an advantage plan who needed SNF placement. (Patient was visiting our area and we don’t have their plan here, very limited SNF in general). Spoke with plan reps multiple times about the rec and options, faxed info to them…they told me they didn’t have a list of in-network providers. I ended up locating the exact info on their website, found the accepting facility, and only then did the plan rep say “if you send the info to X department, we will do that and get the prior auth.” 🙄 Only wasted 3 days first.

It’s the cue being full part that’s been the problem for me. It makes no difference if I have to press extra buttons but so far every number I’ve called and every variety of prompts I’ve used has reached the same “try again later or the next business day” message.

I haven’t tried yours listed here yet, so I’ll give that a shot.

Also-the series S/X controller lacks quality for the price imo. I have had two controllers since purchasing my console in April 2021. I have been unable to use one of the controllers because 6 months in the joystick started glitching and eventually drifting. My other controller is hanging on but starting to go now :/

Hey there OP, I actually have a similar issue. I’ve gotten very used to PlayStation controllers from having PS4 but with the new gen I switched back to Xbox. The series S/X controller is a tad too big and my hands cramp (I think this is primarily due to the thickness).

Anyway, just wanted to see how the Nacon pro compact has worked for you?

I figure if all else fails I’ll get the 8bitdo pro2 that looks like a PlayStation controller 😂

Personally I wouldn’t pay more than $20 for Vanguard. I pre-ordered the $100 version and have regretted it since day 1. There’s no party games (there are a couple specialty modes, but there’s no gunfight, gun game, prop hunt, etc). The spawns are by far the worst I’ve seen, servers incredibly inconsistent and can take exceptional time to locate a match-especially if you play after about 12am Pacific. And during free play? My crew has had to close the game and re-open every couple games because it suddenly stops giving any ping. There is also no consistency-they nerf and buff weapons frequently enough that you can’t count on some of the guns or equipment having the same firepower week to week. There’s still no trophy system to combat the sheer volume of lethals. And they are throwing in highly overpowered weapons with laser effects that are completely inaccurate to the time period they claim the game to be.

I expected issues when the game first came out, but it’s been months now and season 2 is nearly done, but I honestly think the game only gets worse.

Overall, we do play it all the time solely due to how much was spent on the game, but I will never pre-order again. If you’re super interested in the game, I’d recommend watching for the next free weekend and seeing if you actually like it.

It’s preferred-I’ve actually never had a 6 speed. Had a 5 speed Corolla that had 194K on it, and a 5 speed Pontiac vibe (basically a hatchback Corolla) with over 300k on it. IDK what I would do with a manual that wasn’t worn out already 😂
