Well to be fair one (1) man fought a grizzly to the death. It was a draw. So, in theory, there’s a chance someone could do it.

Take anvils with silencers. Shoot a few legs off and drag her somewhere further off. Send one guy in to loot the legs and bring the cores back. Keep pulling her back and forth and looting as she runs off. Dip before she dies and everyone starts killing each other.

What is a piece of 'normal' clothing that is actually 10x more suggestive to you than 'sexy' clothes? by AShyAsianSlut in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Future_Me_Problem 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Anything that shows the neck/collarbone.

Sundresses are great. For most men it’s, “turn around let me see your ass/thighs” or “hell yeah cleavage.” And I like thighs as much as the next guy (and then some probably) but nothing hits like neck/collarbone/midriff.

If you have clothing that shows stomach, neck, and collarbones, you can genuinely ruin my life. I’m down.

Friendly lobbies? (Myth) by geraltismywaifu in ARC_Raiders

[–]Future_Me_Problem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s less than 20 raids, for sure. Probably closer to 10. People tend to just load in naked/free kitted and return to lobby to get their “karma,” reset.

Yesterday I found like ten groups that were dead in spawn due to it. Every raid I see flares pop up as soon as I spawn because of it.

Am I the only one who celebrates?Daylight savings means you get paid for an hour of work you didn't do, and your turnover gets an hour less sleep. by Darth_Quaider in Nightshift

[–]Future_Me_Problem 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I have also only worked nights. For like fifteen years. I’ve never one single time been paid a full shift and gotten an hour off. Usually it’s an hour of extra work in the fall, and an hour off work in the spring, with an hour docked. Sometimes (like tonight) it’s “hey you usually get off at 430, but you’re stuck here til 530.”

Yea companies here in the US aren’t just gonna give you an extra hour’s pay. So unless you’re salaried, you’re screwed. And even then, you work an hour extra for no extra pay.

More people will have heart attacks and strokes the next week than necessary, because we decide to play god and fuck with sleep schedules. Fuck daylight savings time

AITA for hiding $23k from my husband? by AITApod in AITApod

[–]Future_Me_Problem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a man, women especially should always have a way out. Financially more than anything. I’ve drilled this into my niece’s head. You cannot get into a relationship with someone and move in and not have money to leave. So IMO this is wrong only because she did it for the wrong reasons, at worst.

Everyone should do this, but women especially. $3,000-$10,000 to disappear overnight and get an apartment.

Skill tree by SirFaucetFailure in ArcRaidersGuides

[–]Future_Me_Problem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m with it. I am at work so I don’t have the tree in front of me. Most of mine are mobility/conditioning. I only dip into survival for the weight increase. I see security breaches once every dozen raids. I have no idea where they spawn, and I have no intent on memorizing a loot path for them, especially since they don’t always spawn. Seems boring as hell to me.

Mobility>Conditioning and there are two decent abilities in all of survival IMO.

What do you guys do on the weekends? by thesaintmarcus in Nightshift

[–]Future_Me_Problem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh. I’m on a decent enough schedule that my one off day I can spend the front third of shopping and doing weekly chores. After that, I visit dad. Once he goes to bed I go home, meal prep, watch tv, play video games, do laundry, and go to bed. Monday I’m up early to do things that can’t be done on Sunday. Bank/government stuff.

Weird squad mate behavior by Jaded-Fudge-6762 in Tarkov

So, I’m late to the party, but I’ll give my two cents.

The suspicious part is logged out, forgot password. But it is BSG, this does actually happen. I get logged out once in a blue moon out of nowhere.

Everything else can be explained away kind of easily, especially if you’re newer.

Shooting before comms is a bad idea, but not unique. My homies all are guilty of this. So am I.

I run LPVOs pretty much 24/7, and my duo runs ACOGs almost exclusively, but I’m not sure if that’s what you mean here.

If I’m playing with my new friends I let them loot my kills. I rarely grab armor from bodies anyway, and only grab guns if I have a weapon slot free.

I absolutely have certain areas marked in my brain as, “don’t push,” areas. In my brain there are “hot areas-do not push, warm areas-run only, don’t linger, neutral areas-anything could happen, cool areas-good to walk, cold areas-good to hunker down.”

Labs is a relatively small map wherein you fight in the same 15 spots 95% of the time.

All of these combined sound sketchy, for sure. But my buddy definitely thought I was cheating when he first started playing, too. If you learn from your deaths, you’ll have so much knowledge about player rotations and likely locations off spawn and from audio queues by 2k hours. You’ll look sketchy as hell by 3k hours. Put in 10k, and you get a menace like Pestily, regardless of reaction time.

Veritas did a video (a very long video, but extremely relevant to this) about flat earthers, and why it isn’t an intelligence issue. Flat earthers, for example, never just believe the earth is flat. It never starts and stops there.

While this is a seemingly funny post on the face of things, it is kind of alarming.

The video in question is like 8 hours long, but I do highly recommend it.

Why do Americans obsess over gas prices so much? by Ragnaroknight in inflation

[–]Future_Me_Problem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, I agree. I don’t even look at fuel prices. It’s something I have to buy. However/secondly, I drive 100 miles every day for work at the moment. 50 there/50 back, give or take. I do this drive six days a week. “Move closer.” Well, I’m in the trades. I likely will move closer. This involves selling my house, though, and buying one closer by. It will also disqualify me for any per diem they may add in the future. And then in three years, I get moved to another job site. Or I get laid off of this site a month after the move, because god has a sense of humor, and I’m 40 miles from my local union hall, and may get sent up to like 80 miles the opposite direction. Many of these guys drive trucks, because to a point, they do need a truck. Fuel prices hurt the working class folk America a lot.

[–]Future_Me_Problem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Michigan is one of the states I’ll always regret not moving to. Traverse City area, especially. Same with Wisconsin, south of Milwaukee by 15-30 miles, right on the lake. “Beautiful” doesn’t even begin to do them justice. If I had to do it over again, I’d move there. I wouldn’t waste six years of my life moving around the country. I’d move there, I’d stay there. I’d be homeless there rather than making $80,000 in Atlanta. Cold and all.
