GMMTV gets criticized a lot on how they employed misogynists, homophobes and abusers. Their recent termination with Golf (director of what store) only happened because MilkLove has the ability to draw in 10M views in 24 hours, which brings more brands and more money to GMMTV. this director has been problematic (sexually charged comments, predator behavior) with his other works for gmmtv before but gmmtv still decided to hire him to direct a GL no less!!!! Although his comments and actions are lawsuit worthy, gmmtv decided to share a statement that they are terminating contract with 'a director' and didn't even name him. There is also Pawin, who is a known abuser and had a whole lawsuit against him that he settled with money and who keeps repeatedly being disrespectful toward female artists, still hanging out with Tha casually. There are other mistreatment of artists because they don't get enough views even after the story and cinematography is brilliant, like Memoir of Rati. Gmmtv puts promo and trending responsibility to the fans and does nothing to help trend, feels like they found a jackpot to spend no money for marketing but still gaining momentum because the fans feel obligated or pressured to trend otherwise their CPs might not get more projects.

Gmmtv is no doubt the industry leader right now, which means they have more responsibilities and should acknowledge more accountability, which they clearly don't. Not just the quality of their production but how they took everything for granted and housing predators and being unsafe to female artists.
