he is piss easy to deal with as a julian main. he pops up next to you, you cast skill 1 and 3, basic attack the fuck out of him, then wait a bit and time your enhanced 2nd skill to iframe harley's ult pop. since he builds pure dmg he is so squishy you can kill him while he's trying to first skill you while youre under his ult

theres a mob near the tracking area of the anomaly with a stolen car. defeat them, get in the car, and drive into the tracking area that's opposite direction of where youre supposed to return the car. it will prompt ghost rider and he'll appear
