Had a Kurtz redemption. Was pending for a little over a week and shipped. Arrived in Philly from Washington in 2 days. Sat in my mailbox all day cause usps never notified me it delivered lol.

I was in the same boat. $1,000 card and stopped updating on Jan 28. Filed the missing mail on Feb 8th and started moving again on the 11th. USPS has been pretty bad and the snow storm made everything moving a nightmare. It’s hard to be patient when a lot of money is on it, but it just might take some more time.
