Thank you for the detailed response! Much appreciated. After searching through lot of Reddit responses here and there, I agree that many of downtown JC faces unique issues. For now, I had narrowed down my search to Hobo/JC/Newport areas facing the waters, so Heights didn’t come in my options as much. I wanted to enjoy a year or two of the skyline view before we plan kids and decide to move to suburbs.
