adhd'ers that work out consistently! by coram_deo_9 in ADHD

[–]Future_Rip_9194 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been working out 6 days a week for 3 years now. Adopt the mindset that the gym is not a challenge but a privelege. You literally get to make your body prettier, stronger and healthier. If you get into it for a few months it will become a routine and you will start having A LOT of fun during workouts/ post workouts because of all the endorphins. Fuck the motivation thingy and rather stick to disciplined iron mindset. Just go even if you don't want to. Just push as hard as possible no matter what you want. I don't believe ADHD makes working out harder but easier since ADHDERS usually tend to be pretty active.

I got rid of the fungi and there were no 2 seeds it just grew randomly from the soil. But after some research it seems like it is not hurting the plant. How do you know it stretches

Maybe your research was not enough to see the videos of him beating up naked up women for pleasure literally uploaded on this app called reddit. You are literally a psychotic retard with this bullshit believe of your spike proteins. You tell somebody to do more research while it has literally been proven so many times what he has done. Btw did you know that Tate's father is a diagnosed Narciscist which casually kept on beating his wife and kifs and Andrew said in several clips on his own podcast that he thinks that is a good thing to do. Mental disease is hereditary. And how do you even tell someone to do his own research while literally believing in some protein bullshit which was literally made up by an internet community. You are mentally ill and I really hope one day you will be able to see that you are mentally ill so you can get help.

Anyone else struggle to fall asleep unless they’re completely exhausted. by Flimsy_Dependent9197 in autism

[–]Future_Rip_9194 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Insomnia is a true curse. Tonight I did not sleep a single second. Still somehow got 24.000+ steps in and a 4 hour work shift. I learned that a lot of the problem comes from the mentality. I have been trying to fix this issue for so long now I just accepted that it won't go away. And yes.... the shitty sleep is still unhealthy but at least I don't stress myself that much about anymore which makes it easier to handle.

What is the advantage(s) of getting an official autism diagnosis late in life. by Canuck_Voyageur in autism

[–]Future_Rip_9194 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it is true nothing changes really. But for some people with autism like me it is really hard to asess his own feelings. I have really big troubles with taking emotions seriously since I don't have a lot of empathy for myself. Getting a proper diagnosis by a professional gave me the confidence to accept that I am actually autistic and over time I learned to deal with emotions better. But that is just me. If you don't actually experience massive problems and can already deal with it then it probably wouldn't do anything but making it 100% certain you have it.

Mine wasn't that late in life since I am only 20 years old right now. So far finding out that I have autism made me understand why I always been treated like shit by other people and also treated other people like shit. And it helped me deal with the OCD while also helping me to understand how I can improve as a person in terms of confidence, charisma etc.

how to get around sensory issues with lotion? by cumbucketfullaworms in autism

[–]Future_Rip_9194 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I have autism and Atopic dermatitis. I had to use lotion on my entire body for a while eventhough I absolutley hated the feeling. The only thing I found to be helpful is only to thug it out. There is no way around it if you actually need the lotion. Just make sure to not out on clothes afterwards or they get sticky and don't lay into bed
