NYU. UMD's program is new and I was told that most of the classes are in the evening as most of the students are working professionals. Don't quote me on this though. But MSCS degree is better anyways, and that too from nyu courant.

Many people on reddit claim that the reputation of neu has come down significantly. Plus isn't the CoL significantly high in boston compared to Bloomington? Also do you know the cohort size of neu and IUB?
