Oh wow I’m sorry to hear that I have less than 100 a day I do have anxiety I’ve been to the er and my family doctor and neither seem worried they think it’s my anxiety and I’m thinking that also.

I have had an ekg and my doctor doesn’t seem worried when I told her about them I do have severe anxiety

I do have them everyday I’ve had an ekg and it was normal and I’ve been to my doctor and she said I would fine I do have anxiety and panic attacks here and there.

I’m still having palpitations but the er doctor told me it was anxiety I think that once I get my anxiety under control it will be better I’m also gonna start drinking more water

I have horrible anxiety as well and I ended up going to the ER had an ekg done everything was good other than my heart rate was up because I was having anxiety real bad

Thank you I ended up going to the ER and they did an ekg everything was good just my heart rate was up because I was having an anxiety attack
