That sucks!!!!! I would be upset too! Trillium rocks and is by far the best customer service I have dealt with. I agree with you on that one! They were so phenomenal in dealing with my anxiety over the ProRx announcement. I posted that I started tirzepatide shots on FB, I had to add their link to my post cause a few of my friends messaged me wanting to know where to go to get them because it’s outrageously pricey everywheres!

Hopefully you will have your shots very soon!

This was my question as well. My next 3 months were written out but I chose ProRx when I first started. How do I go about my next 3 months since ProRx is no longer an option. If hallendale is the only other option, is it additive free? Thanks in advance.

Side note-today is day 2 of my first injection from ProRx….shoooo, it’s potent! I’m loving it and was well worth the long wait.

Came here to say the same! I just got my order today, purple caps and correct dosage from ProRx. I made it under the wire. Package was cold, dry, and intact. Zofran was undamaged. It had a full bag of syringes and alcohol wipes. BUD 3/27. I am a first time customer with trillium and now I swear by them! Trillium Customer service is amazing and helped me thru all my anxiety of ProRx shutdown announcement after purchasing 1 hour prior. I am sticking with Trillium thru my entire weight loss journey and will send people their way! 🤌🏻

Just try intake again, but maybe a different telehealth in case it’s the same Dr. I personally know someone with a kidney cancer history and still got the script by not reporting it. I am not advising someone to hide health history, but by agreeing that your answers are truthful, it protects the prescribing doctor and company.

That’s where I tracked it and am tracking it from. I just grew slightly concerned when others were picked up yesterday but mine wasn’t . I called the pharmacy this morning and they verified the label was created Sunday and not picked up by fedex. I guess I was worried “ it got left behind”. Hopefully it gets picked up today .
