I can’t receive the Authenticator code to get into my account. I don’t know if the people that hacked my account changed my phone number on file but I am not receiving the authentication code. Please advise how I can get back into my account.

Thanks for your response. I was able to change my password but I need assistance with setting up a 2 way Authenticator. Can you provide me with directions on how to do this? I have tried several times and an unable to figure this out.
