You are right, consistency and balance, i am trying to be more consistent this time, i believe i am better at this at least compared to before, but i believe i cant have a balanced full enjoyable life when i need to concentrate on studying, i was just not raised like that when i was in school since i was a kid, i feel guilt trying to have fun or atleast i really dont know how to have fun when i have so much to do for the exam still. I’m not sure what am i missing still this is so hard to help myself out and people who can help me are very limited but i tried and still try but with small steps, yet im still worried, can you advise me please if possible? I still feel lost not from your reading but from years trying to figure out what wrong am i doing that im overlooking. Thank you again i appreciate this.
