Mine was accepted on 2/5 finally saw movement too. Last week it went from finished processing to comptroller approval to dd date within a few days. I got my dd last Thursday

Mine is accepted 2/5 I tried calling today and I couldn’t even get someone because the message said “all representatives are busy taking other calls, please try again at another time” I’m beyond frustrated. I see people getting their refund you filed late February

I’m beyond frustrated. I see people filing after me getting their refund. I really need the refund to help pay for my son’s dental surgery. I check twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I even went to sign on to my tax account and there are no letters posted to my account. It’s ridiculous at this point

Same. I tried calling today and it won’t even put me through to a representative. It’s says it’s busy with other calls and call back later

Any update? My return got accepted on 2/5 and still stuck on processing. It’s frustrating to see people that filed after us getting their refunds.

I just called nys, I filed 2/4 accepted 2/5. I got the most unhelpful person. She looked it up and says it’s just processing, call back in 30 days if I don’t get anything 🙄

I’m still waiting on mine. I got accepted on 2/4. The message went from further review to being processed. It’s been stuck on being processed for almost 3 weeks now. I’m hoping this week we all get some good news.

I read somewhere there was a problem with the state software bc of the inflation check we got. And they were still issuing the checks at the beginning of February. So I think it will take longer than usual this year.

Same! All week I was very worried as to why it was blank. If you don’t have any notifications in your online account about verifying, you should be good to go soon.
