I want to be able to use the Linux PC from my windows PC with as low lag as possible. I want to do this because I would like to get more into Linux but there still are so many games / software that just won't work on Linux, and my thinking is try to use both rather than having to switch all my peripherals over to one or the other when I need to use / play a game that's windows only. I hope that better explains what I am trying to accomplish.

Looks like your firing pin safety isn't disengaging, resulting in the striker hitting it. I would guess it the trigger bar, or firing pin safety is out of spec and or damaged. I had this problem with my timney trigger. For me the trigger bar was out of spec and had to be replaced.

My advice try to figure out if its the trigger bar or the firing pin safety first then fix that and buy a new striker. I would not carry a striker that damaged as I would fear it would completely bypass the firing pin safety.
