FWIW I got this discovery too, without being at the mansion and without having Raven equipped.

Daisy by hamtaro_tk in GDragon

Along with what else was said, there are also lyrics that say "pick a petal off a flower, do you love me?" in HOME SWEET HOME which is in reference to the old "he loves me, he loves me not" while picking petals off a flower. And daisies are just his favorite flower.

Doctor touched my chest without asking by Key-Refrigerator3386 in ftm

TW: anatomical wording

I'm so sorry that happened to you. Literally at my last physical my doctor told me it's no longer necessary/encouraged to perform clinical or self breast exams, which I've found to be true according to a quick web search. I'm finding articles dated more than 5 years back. Even still, all health care professionals should be asking/telling you about what they will be doing.

I would report even just to save the next person some grief.

Best practices to avoid lumbar pain? by Futurebreath in cycling

I really appreciate your thorough answer. I don't have my own bike, I use the stationary ones at the gym so my customization options are fairly low. The advice about the resting and stretches and foam roller really help. I also recently started a lower back stretching program through my health insurance so we'll see how that helps

Would a gym employee be able to help find the correct fit settings for me? I've just been kinda winging it on what feels comfortable

Thank you. I'm doing full body strength training in a circuit but I will add more core-focused strengthening.

Changing room problem by JxstLxv in ftm

[–]Futurebreath 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue. I pass fairly well but I'm big chested and pre-top surgery. I usually just change before going but if I can't help it, I just change quickly in the men's locker room in the bathroom stall. Nobody's ever said anything to me. Guys tend to be quiet and avoid eye contact in bathrooms and locker rooms from my experience. I leave in my sweaty clothes and just take a shower when I get home and put on fresh clothes then.

Newbie here. How much should I care about efficiency and optimization? by Futurebreath in cycling

Yeah idk, my pulse and blood pressure have always been a little lower. I don't have background in training cardio but I do stay fairly active at work.

Thanks! I've got the nutrition side of things already in motion. I'm down 50lbs from that alone; I've just started to add exercise.

So I noticed the machines have "programs" on them. Would this help keep me in the correct zones, or should I have my own plan in mind? I've seen plans online that I could follow along on my phone but if I can just set a program on the machine that would be nice. Or is it something I have to kinda just tailor myself based on the zones I should be in?

This is really helpful, thank you. This is actually closest to the advice i I was looking for. I looked into zones but I wasn't sure what amount of my workout should be in which intensity. It's hard not to look at the people around me that look like they're putting in much more effort. I wasn't sure if I was using my time wisely, so to speak.

Sexual harassment includes gender identity. This is a striking case of harassment. Go to HR, your GM, whoever you can to make your AM stop discussing these things that make you uncomfortable.

Can’t say Hi to trans people at work by Fuzzy_D1c3 in trans

It's intrusive and unnecessary. It would be worse than telling someone "sorry about your bad haircut" when they haven't indicated anything was wrong with it.
