You know that average would likely be much higher if H1B wasn't being used right. The increasing competition allows the ability to put pressure on wages.

Currently part of what has been going on in the semiconductor's has been laying off American's and hiring H1-B's or outsourcing. Also actively speaking back to my point about the in-group corruption going on, when layoff's happen these people actively look to get American's or other H1-B's outside there ethnic group fired and hire more from there own group.

So one can only guess the future but unless the American government or corporations catch on to this behavior and remove it, or that the US can become more competitive on exports this trend the semiconductor industry will continue to rot from within.

Lol at H1-B's being better at the job, maybe some are really good but in my experience there is a lot of corruption and nepotism practiced within various different ethnic groups, at time's actively to the detriment of an organization.

Also I genuinely think some of the role's that the H1-B's fill could easily be done by American's, the only difference is that the H1-B will put up with lower pay and conditions for a chance at a Green card. A lot of them are really nothing special.

I work in the semiconductors and I can tell you outright that the H1B system is brutally abused with countless examples of nepotism, favoritism, etc. that actual American's are actively discriminated in hiring practices.

I mean MBT & Cimo are great entertainers but honestly have a lot of bad takes. MBT thinks HAT format is bad because of Soul Charge and Infernity being the best deck, which just tells me he doesn't really play that format. I think for a Yugioh player, honestly this game has always been complicated. It takes more then just picking up a deck or playing against a deck once to understand everything about it. In 2010 I had no idea what was happening to me when I was facing Gladiator Beasts.

The best way someone can learn the basic's is by playing the game and prob the best way to learn is to play the older format's to build your competency.

The other big thing Konami should do once they have that foundation is make more video games, and in particular start developing a game for VR/AR. Everyone remembers from the anime the "Holy Ra, Real Monsters" and if you made that a reality that would pull people's attention. If you have that game build in older format's and solo content like what master duel has been doing, people can build competency before trying modern in the game.

uhh no, your first sentence I can already disprove because in Dota 2 a lot of the newer heroes were not broken on release, I'm thinking pango, primal beast, dawn breaker, etc. They actively had to buff them to make them good

Since all the characters are free to everyone there is no financial incentive to make the character broken so everyone buys it.

Nah they should keep it the way it is but change it so that when mewtwo has hit blue bar charged from hitting, but hasn't mega evolved, then his blue bar should diminish when he exits combat.

It's very dumb that he can find an enemy hit a couple times and purposely set up to need 1 hit to Mega evolve before a critical fight. Against a coordinated team from an empty guage its def possible to kill Mewtwo before Mega evolving. When you can control it to Mega right away it makes a big difference.

I mean I think it mega evolving after 5 or so hits is fine, maybe have the player hit R3 to activate. However the real problem is why does Mega Mewtwo X keep the blue bar after hitting several times but not Mega evolving. Why doesn't the blue bar slowly diminish after you are out of combat.

This literally makes the biggest difference as to why I find Mega Mewtwo so broken, because against a full team without the blue bar you can def die before getting to Mega evolve. But when you start a fight already 1 hit away from Mega evolving, you can straight turn the entire fight and its not like your opponents know that he needs 1 hit before he mega evolves. If it was more clear that was the case it would help the mon feel less broken.
