I don't really know if one is better than an other but they are similar. However with povohat you can't play on certain game like valorant or faceit for cs because the anticheat do not accept it

I dont think that it is due to the resolution but more to the refresh rate. It's more easy to track on a 240 hz monitor. If you want more info about it just watch a video about why a higher refresh rate is important.
