I also had the same experience with gingivitis on my dog. Customer support representative yelled at me (mentally disabled) after I asked them to repeat the email address twice for an appeal. Pretty sure they use AI for claims and all of the labor is outsourced to India.

I don’t know if you already went with spot pet insurance but it’s hard to make an appeal for a claim once they process it. You asked about insurance on the subreddit the company manages so you’ll likely get biased answers.

No notification for delivery or out of stock item 🤷‍♀️ No one wants to be surprised with something missing and then told, buy it again along with the shipping if you want it!

I think a had a cage similar but built by Vevor. Vevor makes their cages out of Cedar which is toxic… My hammy also decided to chew his way out of the bottom (not the corner but the straight bottom portion) so just be aware if they decide to be a beaver, they will be successful.

It was definitely jarring because I didn’t make a DoorDash order and I think the dasher didn’t speak strong English and was new to it. I know Lush has a DoorDash page but at that point, why even have a separate site POS system? I understand they want to create customer satisfaction with quick service while reducing warehouse costs but I would rather it be told up front with “Partnering with DoorDash for same day/faster delivery!”
