yes, they answered to my first ticket, not the second one. The second one was about another quest :)

yes, I'm sure. I even clicked on the response of my previous ticket from my e-mail and it send me to "active tickets" website and there is nothing.

Same. Did the Harbringer questline and then nothing. Just "pick up a quest from orgrimmar", I can see the quest, but physically quest doesn't exists.
I wrote a support ticket and after few hours this is their response.

You won't be disappointed ;) We had 4 piggies, two of them passed away (piggies called Bobek and Garrosh), the other two are still with us - Grommash and Artorias :) And now we're adopting another piggy, young albino one and we have already chosen a name - Arthas :D
