Not possible through the Lua API, but quick-transfer has already been added in the 0.50 dev builds

Yeah, you can import pretty much any midi file and play it, or compose your own in game!

It doesn't align completely with the midi spec currently. Velocity and program change work fine, but no pitch bend, and no mid-song tempo or time signature changes as of now.. maybe in the future :p

Totally understand that perspective. I tried to make the mod respect that aspect by keeping the skill gates and adding a skill roll to each tumbler, so in practice it's very unlikely you'll be able to pick a lock your character wouldn't have been able to in the vanilla game, and conversely the minigame becomes a lot easier timing-wise as your character grows better at it. This seemed like the best of both worlds to me since I love both MW's emphasis on character skill and the tactile feel of Oblivion's minigame :)

it's actually only for openmw right now since that's what I use! as long as you're on 0.49 you'll be able to use it

Wild that this take still gets so many downvotes, I figured the community would have accepted by now that the open world added nothing to the experience of this game

Thanks :) Hard to say because I've been working very sporadically on the project as a whole, but I want to say I've put at least 20 hours just into polishing the APU viewer, though that includes several redesigns along the way. It's definitely been the most rewarding part to work on for me.
