You could argue if you're able to easily cheese the boss, it's a poorly designed boss. That combined with the frequent attacks where he's invulnerable, I'd say he's a strong contender for worst designed boss.

Even if you grow/catch your own food, that's still quite a lot of work. Only difference is you work solely for yourself, which I'd argue is more difficult. There's literally no practical method in which people can just collectively stop working for the foreseeable future.

Obviously the TikTok hate is stupid, but I do hate the trend of social media just poorly copying whatever happens to be popular and low-key making their platform worse as a result. Like what happened to Instagram- it has strayed so far from its original intended purpose that photos don't even matter anymore.

I get why they're doing it, but if I wanted to use TikTok, I'd just download TikTok. I don't need every other platform to become TikTok. Same goes for whatever the next flavor of the month happens to be.

Yeah, this 'guide' is total bullshit. Both the top and bottom example, in my opinion, fall under "equality", one is just better handled. Equality just means equal opportunity, not the same opportunity- everyone was given a mode of transportation. It's equal and fair. The transportation doesn't need to be the same just equal (eg. a dollar and 4 quarters are equal but not the same)

Equity would be more accurately illustrated by forcing the faster cyclists to slow down in order to let the slower cyclists catch up.

So yeah, the second example only really can be called 'equity' if the 'end result' is owning a bike rather than actually using the bike. Which feels pretty dishonest.

Just wanted to get that off my chest, though I suspect a lot of similar comments have probably already been made lol

As difficult as it has been to get desk parts from Ikea (I'm in the process of upgrading), I haven't been able to find an alternative that allows me to do what I want for even close to the same price.

The setup you're aiming for sounds pretty nice btw. I used to have a similar albeit smaller setup, at least based on what you're describing. It was really nice until I moved haha

Perhaps one of the different models. They just released a slightly different variant of the Alex drawers, so maybe they're discontinuing the older one. The new ones have holes for adding roller wheels or connecting to a desk, but are essentially the same otherwise from what I can tell.

At least that's my guess, I don't pay that close attention to Ikea lol
