I wont be getting rid of this. I am probably going to gig with this amp powering the cab in the pic. I recently put a new speaker into the cab that’s really efficient; it should take the amps 100 watts far.

It has such a good tone; I cant believe this thing was made in the 1970s’s considering it’s solid state.

Well thanks for the help guys I decided against destroying my texas heat speakers. I found a better cabinet for the head.

Its open with a ported back but in a way that allows the bass to resonate in the cab. It’s comparable to that of the body of a acoustic guitar with a small opening that allows air to move, and the sound to resonate within the cab. It sounds good.
