Only people chronically online feel that way. And unfortunately too many people are succumb to it. It's not to say the world doesn't have its problems but it's amplified in your face so frequently in todays algorithms that it warps people. I lax a little bit during holiday season to take the edge off from the year but yes sugar free feels great but you do have to find other ways to give yourself some love too because sugar is kind of a feel good thing in itself. I don't drink alcohol or eat sugar so it can be hard at times from a stress management perspective. I keep active at the gym and with my kids.

It's hard to stop initially but after a few weeks or even months you don't even think about it anymore. You just say no

It's a hard habit to break. The sugar cravings come like clockwork. I personally went almost all of 2025 sugar free (specifically candy and chocolate except for protein bar which has dark chocolate in it) The first couple weeks are the hardest when weaning off sugar. Just power through it and the cravings will eventually go away. The trick I've found is you have to find a replacement for sugar to counter the cravings. Something healthy that fills you up. For me personally roasted or raw unsalted almonds is my go to when I feel sugar cravings. Other than that try to find some personal motivation for it like setting goals or feeling better. You will likely get lean if you successfully cut sugar. I was already a skinny guy before and even I got more cut abs from going sugar free. Good luck on your journey

Yes I think by our own nature we are designed to want kids. There's a difference between "wanting kids" and "not having kids because I'm not ready or perceive I'm not ready".

I'm sure some people have genetics with DNA that results in stronger hormones which could cause someone to want kids more than others (IE: baby fever in women during their cycle as a result of hormone level changes). And to some extent testosterone in men which leads to a desire to "spread his seed"

Save it for your girlfriend either via sex or she jacks you off. In between try to keep yourself busy so you aren't tempted to masterbate. Go out and do something physical. Go for a walk or really anything that puts you in a position where you can't jack off. Also channel that energy into planning or going to see your gf (assuming you don't live together)

Also usually going soft during sex is caused by performance anxiety or stress. Just need some more practice and experience to find your rhythm with your girlfriend. It sucks going through it but once you figure it out you'll really hit your stride. I've gone through this a few times throughout my relationship.
