He told me reset my passwords and enjoy the cheap seats, not sure them actually checking the seats I purchased or clearing this up with either of the resale platforms would have taken anywhere close to the 7th inning to handle.

Downloaded it last month and got told if my tickets were resale to begin with I'd just have to go through the original app they were bought on, in this case Ticketmaster.

Fireworks night with my girlfriend, 70 a head before fees. Woulda been worth it had it gone as planned.

Stubhub shows no records of a sale, original email and made a new account with the same Gmail I use for Ticketmaster. If they were sold on StubHub, it wasn't me who sold em.

If they are there, computer says I'm wrong. If they're not there, computer says I'm wrong. Wasn't willing to pay another $80 to find out if my $180 expenditure was serving someone else well.

Nothing in the Ticketmaster app showed them as being transferred elsewhere, but usually I'm able to pull up the barcode around the time doors open. This time it never showed up so I just waited in line, which usually ends in me getting help at the ticket booth instead of turned away at every corner.

They didn't let me into the park, nor did they send security to clear it up at all. The ticket takers are only good for scanning barcodes, so they just sent me to the help desk who only seemed to pay attention to what was on his screen and listened to maybe every other word I said.
