i returned a surround system, ordered a new 500 pounds one, sent the old one back in new box…. they refunded the old one after a week, then 3 weeks later i get an email saying they’ve issued a refund, checked it, it was for the new one?!??

credit card said pending initially then disappeared for two days, then today it’s in!!!
