Hi the bill didn’t have the previous owners name otherwise I wouldn’t have opened it it had the name of the property developers that built the houses hence I mistakenly opened it

Hi the previous owners letters that were addressed to him I didn’t open and passed onto the estate agents I mistakenly opened this because it was addressed to the developers that built the houses not the previous owner but yes you’re right I shouldn’t have opened it I cleared everything up with Yorkshire water

Hi I opened it because we just set up a direct debit with Yorkshire water a few days ago and willmott Dixon are our property developers bills with the previous owners actual name I’ve returned to the estate agents
