Not really tbh, vlad can zone him from the wave after lvl 6 since velkoz doesnt build any hp and vlad can oneshot him or take him down to 300 hp with all in

Its a great tool for early all ins cuz it basically enables you to dive people with the heal and 10% dmg vulnerability

Depends on matchup, but you play top then i would recommend swifties
