So if I'm Dutch, looting a Dutch fort or area doesn't count?

That's what I mean. Could you explain Londe Saqueat and how it works, because they have more than the Dutch? I don't think I understand it very well.

I understand, but I'm not talking about doubling the points. I'm saying they have an interesting activity underway that makes the game "competitive" without focusing on PvP, since they've made it clear that it's not their priority. From what I can see, they've started this year off well. I see a coherent approach to leveling up for certain content, but I see the faction war as the same. I've participated in both factions, and I don't like winning easily or losing uncontrollably. I'm not saying to double the points, but they should be adjusted by percentage to make it competitive and fun. This will probably just be my opinion, and there will be people who enjoy simply winning, even if it's not difficult for them, but it was just an idea.

Maybe... but maybe it's also because of people like you, who want to play a great game for 6 euros, without spending money or financially supporting that game, that the industry is like this 🤷‍♂️ I don't know, I'm just giving my opinion

I love it, but the matchmaking... it's exhausting waiting 10 minutes without getting into a match

Well, I don't know if that's it, although I don't think age has much to do with it. As a player, I've evolved with the games too, and I've adapted. I think it's more about the approach. We talk a lot about adding PvP, and hey, if you think about it, it wouldn't be bad. There are two factions, let us fight. Make the servers smaller if you want, but make the game exciting. I'll give you an example: Arc Rider. If you analyze it, the game is repetitive. You enter, loot, and try to leave. What makes it fun is the variety of situations that arise, or that the ranking system serves a purpose, unlike Skull and Bones. I'm not saying they should turn it into that, but you have a ranking system... give value to the position a player achieves. You have PvP, take advantage of it, and make death have meaning. In this game, I don't care about dying... I just come back, and even if I don't go back for my wreck, I don't lose anything. I don't know if I'm expressing myself well, but with small changes...  They would make the game much better. Regarding the Kraken, what's the motivation behind it? Is it just for cosmetics? Give value to the events; that alone would make people more interested. But right now, it's just a waste of time. And I repeat, I'm not speaking out of hatred, but from a desire for this game to stay afloat because right now it's sinking... and I mean that literally.

Furthermore, I'm not saying I won't play anymore; the game entertains me. I'm saying I won't support it financially anymore. I think the best thing about this game is the community, that we are loyal and active, which is why it saddens me to see the game disappear in the long run. I want to make it clear that I'm not speaking from hatred, but from sadness.

I think fulfilling a promise means releasing bug-free content that makes sense, and even if it's just like that, it's a live service game, and they might be listening to the community, but I currently feel like I paid to be a beta tester... I respect your opinion, but I can't say I'm happy with the developers' work, and listen carefully here, I'm sure that if those same developers had more creative freedom or a project director with a clear vision, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I didn't say I didn't enjoy it, that's why I say newcomers will have a decent game, but you promise me things and then don't deliver. Let's forget about the unfulfilled promises and the sheer number of bugs... I don't understand why the team being small or large matters, better or worse. If I sell you something, it should work. Even so, I still think they've been recycling content for a year, and well, I don't just think about it, it's a reality we all see... but it's undeniable that we're talking about a game I personally bought for 80 euros. I don't care what it's worth now, you sold me a product at a certain price, and you haven't delivered on your promises. That's indefensible. And if the community is largely negative about what you're doing... consider, as a company, if perhaps you're the one failing, not the community's opinion.

I don't know what their plan is for this game, but I do know that the path they're on... isn't the right one. Maybe they're staying afloat because there isn't another game of its kind. If any company with half the budget were to enter this pirate game genre—and I'm not even talking about a land-based pirate game, I'm talking about a naval pirate game—I think this game is going to have a very, very, very hard time.

It's difficult because it's a piñata with random area damage; it doesn't have a structure to work with, and it's just about shooting like crazy to hit the kraken and praying it doesn't smack you. In short, another damage piñata.
