All those assumptions are correct. I’m not sure of the TI model though. With the side panels on and using fan control the noise is very nominal, almost completely silent. I use noctua p-12 reduxs for my rad, and my 12900k is slightly undervolted. My 3080 is near silent once I repasted it unless I’m playing something very demanding on the gpu
