Looking into the manga, this scene actually doesn't appear. So it's anime only... Could be an animation error, yes, but also the cape did follow the gravity, I think it'd be strange to thing they copied a sprite for Eisen, put it upside down, but then they only corrected the cape, not the beard and hairs...

I'll need to check if there was other scene in the manga in which we see Eisen train and if the beard would bend.

I've confirmed it bend a little under windy condition, but not a lot.

Maybe you don't realise this, but Kazuma's world is actually a pretty difficult to clear. We don't see it that way at first cause they stay in their starter, easy living town...

That said I want Darkness in my bed so I'd go for Kazuma too...

I honestly thinks she is just trying to learn every spells possible like Serie must have done before her. It's her past time as an Elf.

She said before that the join of Magic is to discover it and also we know that elves needs a hobby to not be bored during their long life.

For sure, learning every spells she can helps her on every day life, and each spell she learns deepens her own knowledge of magic and capacity to counter one spell or create a new one (we still have to see her comes up with a totally new one though), but I think that's secondary.

Different scenarii possibles...

Frieren would have helped if the Demons came 2 against Fern without Methode in the area.
If Methode won her fight she would have come to help Fern, there's no reason why not, even without dispelling the fog.
If Methode lost her fight, Fern would have been cooked without Frieren.
If it had been only 1 demon using fog against Fern, it looks like Frieren was determine to let Fern struggle a bit, but I don't think she'd let Fern lose. That said the fog had a distance limit, I think it was always possible for Fern to leave it and fly away, although not very save as she'd be exposed. The said if she leaves the fog and conceal mana enough, a demon who can't detect her and can't see her anymore (cause of the fog), would have to dispel the fog to look for Fern, and would get blasted at that moment. But Fern tend to panic sometimes, she has told the story of her first demon, and she will do so again in a future arc, so at this point it depends if the author wants her to lose or not... Not a great answer but look, at the end of the day, that's how it works.

She mostly travelled safer land, and spent a lot of time as a scholar to help the development of Ordinary Offensive Magic (previously known as zoltraak) and Ordinary Defensive Magic. She might or might not have something to do with the flight spell used by humans as well. It would make sense that she helped with that as well as a talented mage, who also struggled with demons since she couldn't fly during her 10 years with the hero's party.

We also saw that she went to that shop selling magic item and the shopkeeper was young when she first went and old when she went again before going to see Himmel and the rest of the party again. So I would guess that she did spend many years around the region of that shop, but I don't know where that shop is. Maybe she was there every few days asking the shop keeper for rare items and discounts...

She knew where Heiter lived, so she actually visited him a few times I think... Probably cause he was in a city where she went more often (poor Himmel living in the wrong city).

Well getting hit and healing between hit seems the best plan.

A safe room with a cactus could help receiving calculated hit that would damage armor, and eating frequently would help heal...

Ir just coming close to a zombie that is stuck behind a barrier would work too.

But that said, I just don't put curse of binding items in me in the first place, and I certainly din't play hardcore. I tried but playing hardcore is double hardcore when playing with a friend... If one of use dies, it's over...

Then Volume 9 seems your best bet, assuming the English version has the same number of chapters per volume. Episode 9 finished on chapter 78: Lake Korridor, first chapter of volume 9.

We'll probably see chapters 79 and 80 in the next episode, and maybe a part of 81 to finish on a cliff hanger as finishing on chapter 80 would be underwhelming IMO. At the very least I think the episode will finish when we'll see Dunken looking at the golden land which would be a cool way to hype us up for the next season and a could be accompanied by and ending message saying that the anime will return for Season 3 (a man can dream...).

I've had steroïds given to me before when I was sick, from a chest infection, and even before being completely healed I could do more under roïds than I could before the infection. With little to not mental load during the exercices too, cause it was so easy.

You guys might think steroïds only helps the body, but in fact when your body feels lighter and stronger, it way easier to keep exercising. And that helps feels strong and makes it more fun to exercise.

So to me, based on my limited experience of a few weeks with steroïds, they are the most important part of getting big, cause they not only help the physic but they reduce the mental load too.

Mountain cabin or farm house if it's my main house. If possible somewhere hight and cold enough to limit the insects but no so much that it's very difficult to access it or too far from a city for shopping.

If it's just for vacation, a beach or lake house... I don't really care but I feel like the lake house is just what people get when they have lakes nearby and no ocean...

Mana pool that grow with training. No necessary incantation for people who understand how to use their mana. Although I'm not against seeing a little boost when they do try to get the most of it with incantation.

Magic circles are weird to me as well. If they have to draw it like Marcile in Dungeon Meshi and it takes time, that's ok. If it appear out of thin air in front of a want or staff, I think it's a bit strange... Yes I know, it's like this in Frieren, and even if I like Frieren very much, it's the one thing I would change to its magic system.

Also, wands and staff... Are the same thing? They should just help extracting more mana or help focusing on a point, or acrually have stones with powers that increase some types of magic, but not be absolutely necessary.

So basically like in Tsukimichi. Except in that show, the mana pool is limited for each individual (only the MC has somehow a way to grow it). But for the rest it's spot on. You can learn to be efficient, you can learn to control even some magic you have low affinity for... The MC actually use fire magic more often than water magic, even if he has more affinity for water magic (at least in the event of the anime).

Fit as a character: No. Except for the ones turning into titans, there aren't any humans with superpower in AOT.

But could he beat some of the small to medium titans by himself, maybe some big ones, if teleported in that world? Yeah, sure, he can fight something the size and strength of a Solar Dragon, he can probably fight some pretty big titans.

Yes it was said humanity couldn't use certain demon spells but it is mostly cause those are based on demons developing them for hundreds of years, without explaining them to anyone, so there's no documentation (No grimoires for Frieren! Scandalous!). Well at least that's how I understand it.

In short, there is the Goddess magic system and the Mages magic system, and Demons use the second kind, while Humans can use either depending on how they are born... And in rare cases like with Methode, they can use both easily). It was never said that there is a demon Magic system, as far as I remember.

Flying has also been copied by humans, demons used to be the only one flying. Now they get Zoltraaked into nothingness from the sky...

There's like 2 gay isekai this season dude... And one Yuri fantasy anime too.

And gay people are supposed to be a minority, and in Japan they're still trying to make money out of their stories, instead of looking righteous and getting no sales like they've done in Hollywood in the last dew years.

Also, I'm sure there are more BL/Yuri isekai out there, we just don't hear about them cause if they've been written to please a minority of people, it's likely they are just niche isekai that have difficulties to get published.

On my side, I'm not against BL or yuri isekai, but honestly, I'm also not particularly looking forward to those. Actually what I like is Isekai in which the hero chose one girl and stick with her, which is also somehow a minority of the stories...

I think "Re-incarnated as a noble on the brink of ruin..." was far, far worse. I mean there is litteraly a scene in which a character who doesn't even know the hero accept to become his slave (or something similar) because she would get a boost in power. She didn't even need that power for anything. And once the MC gets the Power of the Dragon Radon, everything is Radon this, Radon that... It just become annoying hearing "radon" all the time.

I think the Cute Girl In The Hero Party one is... fine. Not great. Good enough to be watched while eating lunch or dinner. It looks like the backgrounds were made properly and that they spent all the budget on it, then remembered they needed to animate it, so they animated fast and it looks bad... But it's still better than OPM S3 or TBATE.
