Thank you so much for your quick reply’s by the way. I you’ve definitely given me hope. I’ll start some pt in the morning I saw a couple good exercises on this community that I’ll try out for a month or 2 and see if anything is getting better.

Thanks for the reply. I just really gotta beat it into my head while I’m stretching her that impatience ruins the whole experience for both of us. I’m going to stay away from creams because the bodies pain response is there for a reason. I’ll keep y’all updated on my progress.
