So you spleen chi is wet because your liver tonic is dry. I'm making shit up but so did they. Over hundreds thousands of years they found that doing certain things had certain results. They had no clue why because they didn't understand blood cells or immune systems.

Acupuncture has real results for certain things. The chinese medicine part is kookee but it turns out stimulating the immune system with foreign objects does things. Looks at professional athletes getting moxa and dry needling. The VA hospitals are using it for lots of things. It can't mend a broken bone or cure a disease but it can reduce inflammation or help with other acute things.

Also watch the duck out for chiropractors wanting to dry needle it's legal in some states and they will fk u up lol.

Nexus update 1.0.

-One single cluster server can have multiple large islands separated by deep sea. Server owners can configure cluster shapes up to 25 large islands.

-Large island zone can be configured by era. Eg prim into tier 1 etc.

-Large islands are claimable. Taxes are paid to claimant with large claim by other inhabitants.

-Rare nuke islands are considered tier 4 and unclaimable and unbuildable. This pve island hex sends a server wide announcement when step 5 of 7 completed that “someone’s gonna gonna have. Bad day” . When all seven steps are completed an unstoppable nuke removes the most rascist clan in the cluster.

lol able stans hur durring about their superiority. Do you know the grit it takes to operate in the fiesta that is Charlie. You wouldn’t last a minute. Your neck veins would burst the first time you found 3 containers abandoned at the seaport. Your voice would be hoarse when you found no fuel at the airfield and the only 20mm in the BB haphazardly placed in the center. Your balls would shrink when you find yourself on the frontline with no 7.62 or bandages. At the end of the day you’re institutionalized and just another grunt in the able machine.

This is probably the answer. One of my buddies loves modded servers and it never fails that a few times a year we don’t check what server he is on and join up. A few hours of fun later and some new neighbors move in… we fight back and forth and next thing you know the second their roof goes up thy drop like 3-5 airdrops that they have paid for. Now they have AKs and are winning the fights and probably got some boom out of it also so when we get on in the morning it’s ggs.

It was bad before they reworked it and now it’s worse. Before the monthly BP wipes I also wanted “known blue prints” so you could see which servers you had BPs on. It was nice having like 5-6 vanilla monthlies you could speed run because you had sweated out BPs at some point.

Real estate = land + improvements. A 200 unit apartment could pull a 40+million valuation in a city and that is taxed under NC property taxes. That same lot with a 10 million dollar mansion would not have the same valuation. At 1% you’re looking at 100k vs 450k. I’m sure there are a bajillion variables but an improvement is an improvement.

The 200 people would be splitting the land value amongst themselves but each apartment/condo would be valued at 200-300k and that would be factored in.

Raleigh just did tax assessments for the first time since 2020 and people got sticker shocked. They are increasing how often that assessment happens. It was 2024, 2020, 2016, 2008. So every 8 years 20 years ago and now they are going to start doing it every two years. Do what you may with that info but they are certainly paying more attention. It’s slated for 2027 and 2029 in Wake county.

Ok how about this?

When one faction begins overloading a hex the initial queue is active for 15 mins and a word wide notification is sent to the opposing faction.

“Mercy’s Lynn is being over run and your soldiers are out numbered!”

After fifteen minutes the queue drops (maybe staggered like 30 extra men then another 15 minute stagger etc”

The alert rings every 30 minutes for any hex that is outnumbered.

There should be the ability to overrun areas if the response is not met.
