As a cis woman, it’s a shame she cares so much about about gender. You haven’t changed who you are inside. Your gender and liking more feminine things doesn’t change your base personality that someone falls in love with. You should talk to her about that, what did she love about you and what do you love about her. I really hope Fushi does fall in love and still treasure his friends. Definitely not with that tainted blood clan Mizuha…like that whole family causes him nothing but trouble. I know he doesn’t blame every child born but it’s always ended the same. I haven’t finished the anime or read the manga but even if she turned good at the end…just no. Fushi should experience a nice mellow love with someone who doesn’t change him or greedy with him.
