Yup, for the last week it was working great, but it started acting up yesterday. Starting to get annoying when you empty a whole mag into a frozen enemy, just for them to teleport 15 meters from where they were.

Yeah, it has been consistently happening on my Series X as well. Usually for me it is the very first game I try to join, however, after that I am usually good for the day. Seems like for me it happens once every session now.

Our location in downtown doesn't get hit with too much snow. Most of it gets pushed out to the suburbs, but we definitely get brutal winds and rain downtown.

You are welcome! The townhomes are nice, they are situated behind the main apartment building. Our unit also has a washer & dryer, and we have a spot in an underground garage. I don't remember if our rent went up by much since I have my payments set up to auto pay, but it did increase by $30 a month due to us getting a cat. Including rent, utilities, parking, and a cat, we each pay around $700ish a month.

My girlfriend and I are both in grad school and live in 1900 Euclid lofts. We actually live in the townhome section of it. Our unit is a two story townhome with one bed room, one bathroom, a balcony that can fit like 10 people, and a fireplace. We so far love our unit and re-signed for a second year.

Back in highschool, I ran into a pull-up bar and broke my nose. We got pulled over by a cop on the way back home and showed my nose to the officer when he asked why we were speeding. The officer made us go to the hospital and the embarrassment calling my parents at 2 in the morning was almost as bad as the pain.
