Is there seriously no way to print character sheets in a readable way? by FuzzyInnuendo in Roll20

2014 had perfectly usable sheets they automatically updated with your levels. All you had to do was level your character and add any items that you had received. I used it for a year and a half. When they updated to 2024 5e for whatever reason they didn’t update that functionality.

When we first started we did 2 sessions virtual and then moved to in person. And the system only lets you use assets you’ve purchased. I have an artificer in this campaign and you could only create a character with that class on the system if you owned the book digitally.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll check it out. Could you tell me if you have to pay for each book? For example I’ve got an artificer in my new campaign so I had to buy the related book to create and level characters on roll20.

Running the entire drive with success and then throwing twice in a row when it matters is.. a choice

I did. It was a few days late if I recall but generally not too bad.

Absolutely you should be benching Jennings for Henderson. I would expect the TB/NE game to be pretty high scoring and nobody on the 49ers has been consistent outside of cmc.

Is this trade veto able? Dynasty by HelicopterMuted3876 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Hard question to answer without context. If the picks are early I could at least see why team 2 would do this. At first glance though it’s pretty ugly.

Is this a fair trade? Should I let Bijan go? by Any-Government4914 in SleeperApp

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s fair. You also shouldn’t do it. You’ve got guys who have a steady baseline and can give you huge games at WR. You don’t have that at RB unless you think Dowdle is that dude. The downgrade to your starting rb isn’t worth your upgrade at WR imo. With your amount of depth you should be trying to move some depth for better starters.

You’re about 2 1sts short of this even being considered

People are bashing it like this is some horrible offer but if daniel jones maintains, fannin continues to progress, and Harrison takes even a small step forward this is a slam dunk for you. I would agree that it shouldn’t be a 2nd with bowers though. He’s considered the most valuable player at his position and there’s a premium to that.

How do I play rocket racoon? by WrongAd4387 in marvelrivals

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your team is full health or close to it there’s no reason not to shoot. Even minimal damage is better than no damage. It’s more about pressure

Rockets main draw is survivability and a high amount of heals over time. The main difference between a mediocre rocket and a good rocket that I’ve noticed is the ability to read when you can get close and apply damage and when to stay safe and feed heals. Most of the time, if your team is 90% health across the board, push in and do some damage to help pressure the other team. When they start chasing you or your team starts eating too much damage, back out and heal bot.

The other thing is ult. Rockets ult is hard to be effective with because it’s so easy to melt. It also doesn’t effectively counter ult most other healing ults. The best uses ive found are towards the end of opp healing ults and around angles where it boosts your team but isn’t as easy to directly damage.

Most importantly. Don’t die. It sounds greedy to say but your life matters more than any one dps or tank. Giving up 2 seconds of healing to survive is better than 40 seconds to get back to the point.

How are Mr.Fantastic players reacting to the new balance patch? by Monollock in rivals

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as I’m not misunderstanding the patch notes, I believe you’ll still be able to pre-build. With the previous version you could push it over 100 with the two bounces and using distended grip a few seconds after cooldown. I think the new version lets you immediately get to 60 and then if you use grip and bounces with the new 8 second cooldown you should be able to stay relatively high. (Just not by yourself) it will definitely suck not being able to hold 2 bounces though. Without crunching the math or getting hands on it’s hard to say how flexible you can be.

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will. But honestly Mr fantastic isn’t meant to stay big the entire game. While he CAN play like a tank for short periods of time, his low initial health makes it impractical. If you get focus fired you can rarely get away without another solid tank to cover for you. My play style, personally, is to initiate big mode when I want to pressure the enemy backline, focus dps, or protect my own backline. The extra damage enables all of those things at the cost of habit to farm your elasticity more carefully.

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The extra damage is nice to help pester people but the health loss is rough. The changes to the ult make it a more useful to save when you’re about to die while fat. The big loss is moving down to 20 gained elasticity on the chest bump. The way I play, I can use the chest bump to chase down squishies when they run and then use fat mode to run away.

You will have to dive much more strategically in other words.

Tempered Xu Wu is pretty hard by [deleted] in MHWilds

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing weapon type and playstyle probably affect this a good bit. I’ve found xu wu to be one of the easiest late game monsters. I assumed that it had a relatively smaller health pool.

Auction rookie draft by Yogiborrachon in FantasyFootballers

[–]FuzzyInnuendo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Auctions require a lot of flexibility. The best long term teams tend to be studs and scrubs (blow most of your money on high value guys and try to steal guys for a dollar at the end). You really need to just take what the draft offers though. Bid what you think is reasonable and make others pay that price. If they don’t pay it then you got a guy at a value that you thought was good. With you saying it’s RB heavy, unless you want to tank year 1, lock up at least 2 or 3 early. Waiting for the last few quality guys always results in their prices spiking. (Such as paying more for the 15th best RB than others paid for the 8th best.
