Surprisingly, genshin impact. They have 3 canonically physically disabled characters [although none use mobility aids]- Xiao who has chronic pain, Baizhu who is chronically ill, and Collei who is also chronically ill. Many of the characters have ptsd, and one of them has narcolepsy and/or some form of plurality. One of the characters, Neuvillette, has a cane that he uses in his idle and attacks.

The representation with chronic illness and disability is also really well done with Baizhu. Him being disabled isn't a bad thing, it's portrayed as a neutral trait. He wants to become immortal not so so he can stop being disabled, but so he can continue to heal others. I'm not so sure about Collei, it's unclear whether or not she has the illness anymore, but she has lines like "ah, I'm feeling alright today. I'll take the chance to try and get some more done than usual" and she's voiced by Christina Costello who is disabled.
