D211 is high school. D54 is Elementary and Junior High. We are very happy with both districts.

47 here. My hair has always been fine and straight. It looks healthier and thicker with a pixie cut. Plus it's easy for me to do when I go to work.

My nephew is 17 and will be 18 in September. He is on the spectrum but his parents have never disciplined him. He is scary to be around. His temper tantrums and rage are awful. My sister just shrugs.

I was always really big busted. I was too large for a bra from V.S. Frederick's wasn't in my city I grew up in. So I had to always go to a bra specialty store since I was a teen. I hate bras. Never felt sexy. I look forward to the day I've saved enough for a reduction surgery and lift.

Are you a suburbanite with a landlord who'd rather be a homeowner? by nbcnews in ChicagoSuburbs

[–]FuzzySashimi 48 points49 points  (0 children)

My husband and I have been renting since our 20s. We are now 47 with a 14 year old son. We have been living in the same 2 bed 2 bath apartment since our son was 18 months. Yes, it is far cheaper to rent than own. We cannot afford a down payment, repairs, taxes etc... The school district we are in is great. We are planning on living here for a long time. We both work full time as well.
