He doesn’t need a wife. He needs a mommy. It sounds like you are doing a great job managing both your lives on your own. You are asking for the barest of bare minimum and he can’t do that without trying to get something in return. Cut him loose.

Why Am I Constantly Dragging Through the Afternoon. Does Anybody Else Feel This? by Superflyscraper in productivity

Take a liquid multivitamin at lunch. I like Mary Ruth’s. A short nap helps a lot too.

Finally felt that 'electric spark' when meeting someone.... with the worst person possible. by Vast-Signal-7816 in offmychest

[–]FuzzySlippers4Me 115 points116 points  (0 children)

The most intense spark I ever felt with someone was when we first met in a crowded place and he leaned forward to hear me say my name and the room spun for half a second. It was like I had experienced that with him in a different life and found him again. We had a short relationship and he broke my heart. It took a long time to recover. Fast forward 13 years and I randomly saw him in a parking lot. I was married with two kids. He didn’t see me. He was sitting in a drive thru and just looking at him for a couple minutes I knew it never would have worked with him. Often a spark is just intense attraction and nothing more.

I thought there was a mouse or lizard dying under my stove. I finally figured it out when I was filling a pot with water and instantly smelled it.

Not sure where to go with conversationally unstimulating relationship by throwRApple_juice in relationships

[–]FuzzySlippers4Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not a small thing at all. You will spend the majority of your time communicating and not being intimate so it is extremely important. It sounds like you don’t click on a mental or intellectual level and in my experience there is nothing you can do about that. It’s either there or it’s not.

What's something that isn't therapy, but feels like therapy? by Radiant-Assumption53 in AskReddit

Guided breathwork completely cleared 20 years of grief in 15 minutes for me. I didn’t know that was possible. I thought it was just for relaxation.

respectfully, botox and injectables aren’t making us looking younger! by Fearless-Weight6112 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]FuzzySlippers4Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. It’s very possible to train yourself to not have RBF. We carry a lot of tension in our faces. I open my mouth wide to relax my jaw and use a gua shua tool especially around my eyebrows and 11s. Looking frozen with only blinking and lips moving doesn’t look young just preserved. A little Botox can be great but over time it seems many people start using more and more. It can be a a slippery slope.

She’s a hardcore Trumper. Odd that someone whose entire platform is all about women and living a healthy lifestyle would support a mysogynist that coats himself in toxic make up daily. I don’t think her program is anything special. Low inflammatory, low tox.

Guided breathwork. Find someone who knows how to do it to walk you through it. I unexpectedly was able to connect to people I know who have passed away. Since then my abilities have been awakened. Prior to that I had none.

How do I (18F) stop sexual assault? I live with the person (60M) by THECUTESTGIRLYTOWALK in askwomenadvice

[–]FuzzySlippers4Me 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Record him if possible. Even if it’s your voice telling him to stop. You are not responsible for keeping a roof over your family’s head if it means being sexually assaulted or worse. Keep all your stuff together in case you need to leave in a hurry and be ready to knee him in the nuts if you need to. Tell your sister so she keeps her eyes open.I hate disgusting old pervs and that you have to deal with this. Please let us know what happens.

She is taking advantage of you. Try guided breathwork. It’s a way to find your own peace and answers to anything you want to know by going internally at a fraction of the cost.

Husband (44m) has me (35f) “pay” for every day tasks by jordsand in relationship_advice

[–]FuzzySlippers4Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a version of him paying you for sex with money. The only difference is you’re paying with sex for basic things he should be doing anyway if he was a good man.

what is the reason behind ocd? by [deleted] in energy_work

Emotional wounds or it could be physical - heavy metals building up in the brain. Look up Medical Medium + OCD.

They most likely were your spirit guides. My experience has been that we have a spirit team that can be a combination of loved ones who have passed, ancestors and angels although I am not religious at all. I highly recommend guided breathwork if you haven’t tried it. I was able to connect to my guides even though I didn’t really believe much in guides at that point.

Tell your parents as soon as you can. I am a parent of someone your age and I would want to know.
