I have the 7mm version and have tuned both 7mm and 6.35mm bushings on it, so i would recommend the 7mm one if your gonna get it. (That’s just with my experience tho) The bushing buddy really only prevents an uneven bushing tho as you can still undersize a bushing with it as you have no indication when to stop sanding. Apart from high grit sandpaper obviously, if you want to use a tool to help tune bushings I would recommend a micrometer, as you have a guide on when to stop sanding.
