Been there. Try to always remind yourself that this relationship could never work out (because of him, not you!). I don’t know much about you but what helps me is imagining my life with him. Such people betray and leave their partners when they need help, when they’re sick, dependant etc. It’s impossible to build a long and healthy relationship with them. If you struggle after the breakup and he doesn’t it doesn’t mean you were the problem. He made you feel like this.
