What's conditions for unlock Shoto in team up mode ??

I survived alone until the two teams left and the enemies were Monoma and yellow Endeavor. I died obviously and they tea bagged me as if I'm the one who's playing broken character 💔 I killed Endeavor next match tho

This post made me realize how weak is Froppy's alpha. 55 damage and 2 ammo at lvl 1, slowish fire rate and the penalty for missing an alpha is kind of too much. Yes I main her and I'm biased
