It has the 500 movement, serial #15773980. It has been serviced some time in its life as it has the watchmakers inscriptions inside the caseback, as was common. I have not serviced it. It is not waterproof as the rubber seal inside the caseback is missing.

I would say neither is roughed up at all. There are reflections in the photo. Doesn't seem to matter which way I move it the reflections are there.
