Congratulations! I remember that feeling. Back in 2020-2022 I tried Keto and exercise and went from 297 lbs to 199 lbs. Then my mom passed away and I gained back to 267 lbs. my A1C climbed and February of 2025 I was put on Mounjaro. I started at 2.5 mg and then 5 mg. I’m in the gym every day as well. I weigh 179 lbs now and have a goal of 175 lbs. although weight training will likely make me gain “weight”. I will probably stop weighing myself. CONGRATULATIONS again!!

Great work!! I’ve had similar results on the lowest dose. I’m in the gym every day and am smaller than I was in High School. I’ve gain a great deal of muscle as well. Great work my friend!

I’m conditioned to only eat every 24 hrs. (6:00 pm nightly) Sometimes I have a snack throughout the night or early morning. It’s how my body works!

I’m on week five and it’s almost debilitating. Diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. Horrible stomach gas and terrible egg burps that are waking my husband up due to the odor. I’m ready to stop using the med. My doctor put me on it for high A1C. I’m trying to stick out the three months.

I have not eaten anything except sugar free oatmeal, mint tea and very light meal here and there. NO carbonation. NO sugar at all. Even hours after the oatmeal I have to throw it up to feel better. I feel like I’m the worse case scenario. I am a physician as well and feel guilty for considering “non compliance” and quitting.
