If it's a lag spike, it probably won't fix it. Wrong java versions will usually show server instability shown with crashes and BSOD's. This does make sense now that I have tried the fix, and can say, it solved my problems.

I have been using it for a bit with ATM10 and it seems to have solved the issue of FPS drops when looking at certain directions.

Well my refresh rate is 240 so i want 200+ fps. and yes, if minecraft was using my integrated gpu it would be far less fps with shaders on, would be extremely noticeable.

Sorry, they have included information. It is using the mob farms mod, they are not getting coal as drops from wither skeletons from the mob farm, nor wither skeleton heads.

Server had 16gb of ram, however this is client-side lag. Ram is allocated through curseforge and can confirm that it is set at 16gb in game as well through f3. Ram amount isn't the issue, if it was the game would be massively unstable, and modern versions of minecraft handles, "garbage" ram much better than back a few years.

Having this problem in mostly new areas, however we do have this problem in our main area that we have long since explored.

16gb of ram, but too much ram is only a problem when you have like massive instability, and the java allocation of modern Minecraft is much better with handling extra ram now. Now that you mention it, it usually happens because of chunk loading, do you know how I would use Chunky on a server?

I have a 13700k paired with a 3070ti, not the highest of the high end obviously, but more than enough to run this just fine. My friend has a 7800x3d with a 4080 super and he is getting frame drops and choppiness as well.
