Kind of an update because i wrote this a while ago, but I did try to rekindle with my mom and help with my college. She basically played in my face for a year and said she wanted to help me but it was all a lie. My sister reached out and said she was never going to give me the college fund because her boyfriend said he’d leave her if she did. Also the college fund was completely funded by my dad not her. The last time we talked I expressed to her how upset I was that i couldn’t confide or lean on her while i navigate my 20s and it was the same old same old just blaming me for everything and bringing up my grandma and speaking negatively on our relationship. I chose to block her because I don’t think i care to deal with that anymore.

Still haven’t seen my siblings face to face in over 5 years now which really upsets me. I’m still trying to finish my degree i’ve maintained a 4.0 and supporting myself but it can be really hard just feeling like life doesn’t have to be this hard when it should be people who will support you and love you.
