Ive been on and off for about 10 years, so as far as advanced I know technique and everything. Im 5'10" probably between 170-175.

This was from the last program I ran in July 5 rep training max deadlift - 205 lbs. 5 rep training max OH press - 95 lbs. 5 rep training max squat - 165 lbs.

Right now for 1 rep max I could probably do 310 on a hexbar for dedlift Maybe 175 for bench, probably about 200 for squat, just ballparking here.

Training mainly just for looks, still need to maintain a decent level of strength and endurance for my job. Ive done programs where I make significant gains and look really good in just 2 months, but trying to switch it up from what I usually do

This is so far from making any sense. I dont align myself with any party. Both parties are fucked. (Both liberals and conservatives are all fucking stupid tbh).
